Interview Details – Applied online through their career section. The resume parsing was acceptable and relatively similar in difficulty to other online applications. Then a typical phone interview for starters. Then about a week waiting period till I received contact for the 1:1 Interview, and another week before I was offered the position. It moved relatively quickly.
Interview Question – What is your customer service experience? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – If you're applying for outside tech, ask for 60K
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 2 weeks.
