Interview Details – For the Sales and Service and Tech Support, the first interview is a group session. It is a very open and honest forum that allows candidates to get a full understanding of the position, expectations, and opportunities. It involved questions and answer and role play. It is centered around sales and customer service. Be prepared to have a conversation with individuals, this is not a time to be shy.
