Interview Details – Round robin of interviews with at least a dozen people, over 2-3 months. Acting as if the position is truly going to be valued and extremely important contribution is expected from the individual taking the role.

Interview Details – Sought out a temporary to permanent interview through one of the organization's recruiters. Allegedly this recruiter was a former employee. I later found out that several other ecrutiers were utilized and a gate keeper was involved in managing the recruiters
