Interview Details – Basically consisted of me going in doing a 1 on 1 interview with a floor manager, stating my history so on so forth, gave me tour round the plant, finished up week later got a phone call stating i start the following monday

Negotiation Details – no negotiations
Other Details - I applied through a staffing agency and the process took a day.
