Interview Details – Hiring manager inquired based on resume they found online. Fulcrum IT acted as the middle man between me and the end customer site that I would be working at. They were very professional throughout the entire process. They arranged for both phone and in person interview and even paid for the flight.There were a total of 2 interviews. Best advice to other candidates is to study and prepare yourself. You might have advanced skills in the proper field, but it is fundamentals that count the most, and these interviews were no different in how they phrased their questions.
