I had initially applied online and within 2 weeks the HR people contacted me. They had a lengthy conversation about my past experiences and asked me lots of personal and behavioural questions. She also asked me for references. After the interview she got back to me the next day and having confirmed with my references about my work history and ethic, offered me a job.

came to see the GM for a job; he told me to come in 3 days for an interview. within 5 minutes of the interview, he offered me the job and introduced me to the manager of the department. i started the next day.
