Interviewed May 2011 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 weeks)
Went in to meet with some of the team. Sat down and spoke about what I had done previously, why I was interested in the company what i hoped to gain from my experience. Discussed the position and they sold it poorly. (Told me it was a boring job.) After that, sent follow up emails to thank them, etc. After a week or so, received a call saying I had got the job.
Overall, they did a bad job of selling the position and made the interview too easy and uninteresting.

Thorough and rigorous. There were several interview rounds so there was a good personality fit. I've heard they no longer watch the culture as closely now, though, so perhaps the interview process changed.

Interviewed May 2008 in New York Mills, NY (took a day)
Resume was forwarded by a friend. Spoke to 3 senior (Associate Partner/Partner) level people at the firm. With each, an hour had been scheduled. Was'nt sure how many rounds I would go through. I think the first 2 went well but were inconclusive hence the 3rd one was scheduled.
