Interviewed Feb 2011 in Bulverde, TX (took 1 week)
After submitting my resume and application, I was given a coding exercise to complete on my own. Being able to demonstrate my technical aptitude without being under pressure during an on-site exercise was helpful.
After submitting the code exercise, I was offered an on-site interview. The total process took slightly less than an hour and I was taken on a campus tour and met with two senior-level employees in the department. We discussed my technical background, experience, and future goals, and went through an overview of Futurex's position in the market and core technology.
The second interview, again on-site, consisted of additional 1-on-1 interviews with staff from multiple different departments. Some discussions were more technical than others, and it helped to be prepared for that. The interview finished by being given brief introductions to several employees in different departments during a second tour of the campus.

Negotiation Details
Futurex offered me a great deal of flexibility in both working with my existing employer to find a mutually-acceptable start date, and they also allowed me to begin working prior to my graduation date. The flexibility to take time off to attend classes was a great benefit that was offered during the hiring process.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
Decent presentation. Didn't feel like they were interested in me as an individual. Representative talked to a group of prospective employees about the company business. No feedback however, he just handed out cards to everyone without even taking questions or looking at anyone's resumes. He seemed very impersonal and not motivated to find an employee. I will be looking elsewhere for a job.
