Justice Protective Service Officer Interview

Justice Protective Service Officer
Oxon Hill, MD

I applied in-person - interviewed at G4S GS in July 2010.

Interview Details – There was no interview. Just turn in your paperwork and you are hired. You only need minimum experience as a law enforcement officer, corrections officer, or military police (with academy training). The in-house boss is former Air Force and there is a definite good old boy process. The mix of military, corrections, and police make the day-to-day operational flow a little dicey sometimes (many people cannot shoot and don't have basic tactical skills).

Negotiation Details – The only negotiation is your shift (days or nights) and what time you need off in the first year of employment (before vacation time is accrued).

Business Operations Manager Interview

Business Operations Manager
Manama (Bahrain)

I applied through other source and the process took 3 months - interviewed at G4S GS in March 2013.

They primarily described the contracting environment, the work environment I would be dealing with, the salary and benefits of the position.

Negotiation Details – Not negotiable….take it or leave it.
