Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Weldon Spring, MO Feb 2013 – Reviewed Apr 16, 2013
Interview Details – Because I had a college degree, and was already over qualified for the position, it really was not much of an interview. The HR asked a few questions, if I could perform the duties, etc, my availability and which shift I preferred to work, and asked if it sounded okay to me and if I would accept it. Accepted the job because I was unemployed and needed some source of income. They do make you take a math and a typing test the day of the interview.
Interview Question – None. General Questions Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Everyone is set on the same pay. Those with college degree get a little more, but not much.

Interview Details – I sent my resume in online and I got a call about a week later to come in and fill out an application, the woman on the phone was very polite and told me all about the job and what to expect. I went in the following Monday. When I got there they took me into a room with a bunch of computers and had me fill out the application and then had me take some assessment and sign a form for a background check. Then she told me that someone would come get me for an interview. The interview was basically asking a couple of impersonal questions that I don't think really even mattered...Then I was told more about what I would be doing and what companies they worked with, then he pretty much said I got the job and that they would call me later this week to sign the official job offer and take my drug test. I got a call later the same day offering me the job. All in all it seemed like a nice, quiet place to work.

Interview Details – At arrival, you will sign in with he desk clerk and wait nearby until called into a separate area of the building. This area has cubicles and a couple management offices. You will be set down at a computer where you will take a test containing several questions, some including mathematics. After that, you will take a one minute typing test. Once finishing this, a woman will print out your results and take you back to the hiring manager's office where you will begin a 1:1 interview. She will ask you usual interview questions like, what goals do you have? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? She will then offer you a position, then send you to a drug test. There is a group start date, so it may be awhile before you begin. You have to wait until they have a group ready for training and a training course open.

Interview Details – I emailed my resume to a website asking for applicants to a Unit Manager position. I was called to set up an interview and when I came in I met with one manager and the interview went well, I was asked to stay and meet the main manager of the office which I did. His interview was more in depth and like an interrogation but at the end I was offered a job and accepted.

Interview Details – I applied online and within the week I got a phone call from HR to schedule and interview on-site. Once I was there, I did a couple of computer tests (including some personality ones and a Wonderlic test). After those, I had an interview with one of the unit managers. She asked pretty general questions and told me a lot about the job and their realistic expectations. I got scheduled for a second interview with another manager the next day and she asked pretty much the same questions. She told me once we were done that she was "definitely" hiring me and I filled out some paperwork allowing a background check. That was on a Friday. On Monday afternoon they called me with a job offer and the pay offer. I accepted.
Interview Question – Tell me of a time when you had to use your negotiation skills. Be as detailed as possible. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I really didn't negotiate-I was too excited over the prospect of _having_ the job. I honestly don't know how negotiations would've gone.

Interview Details – I received an email from the HR department to call to set up an interview. I had sent in my resume online earlier in the month. I called the next day & set up an interview for the folowwing day. The receptionist was very helpful. The day of the interview, I went in, filled in the application & took a few tests before going in an office for the interview. I was warmly greeted & the ladies seemed very nice. We got down to business & they explained everything about the position after I answered my questions. They were easy for me to answer since I have experience dealing with customers on the phone. Got a call back for a second interview the following week. The next day, I got a call to move the interview up to the following day. I accepted & went in to complete the final parts of the tests before the interview. Again, I was warmly greeted & we again got down to business. He explained different situations I might encounter & the different opportunities the company offers. The interview questions were somewhat challenging but it was a breeze. After the interview, I fillies in a couple more forms for the background check & so on. I received a call the next day and accepted the position. I'm planning on going back to school so I'm glad I can use thier tuition reimbursement to help pay for college.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Mesa, AZ Oct 2009 – Reviewed Oct 10, 2009
Interview Details – Walk-In, filled out 2 forms, one with basic information and one with about 5 typical interview questions. After submitting this information I was told of an opportunity available with their company and was I interested. I said yes, so they took me to a computer terminal and had me fill out an application, do a typing, computer skills and personality test. Then I was asked if I was available to interview, which I responded yes. After waiting a few minutes a manager interviewed me one on one and then offered me the job. I waited a few minutes longer and met with an HR person who explained some simple rules and told me where to go for a drug test. I signed some documents and was on my way. Start to finish it took me 4 hours (including drive time and going to take the drug test). I was impressed with the staff, the building and the hiring process so I took the job offered. Very nice people and the employees looked happy.

Interview Details – Had to take a couple of computer test with basic math vocabulary and decison questions. Followed up by a 1v1 interview.
