Interviewed Oct 2010 (took a day)
Questions regarding past experiences I've had leading, communicating, going beyond what is required, being successful, dealing with failure, et cetera. Followup questions were also asked. After about thirty minutes he asked me if I had any questions for him, and I asked what his experience was like in the EEDP. He said it's a rewarding, but very demanding program and that he is happy with where he is now.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Middle River, MD (took 6 weeks)
First is a phone screen with a recruiter just checking things on your resume to make sure you match the job description. Next is a phone interview with a manager and engineer. This is just a pretty quick talk to see how confident you are in your listed resume skill sets and determines if they concur with the recruiter to invite you to a site interview. On the site interview you will interview with a handful of people separately and get a plant tour. The interviews are all with engineer type folks who pretty much all ask the same questions about your resume, what you think you want to accomplish at the company, etc. No one asked any "What would you do in this situation?" or " Tell me about a time when..." type questions. You should pretty much know leaving the final person (manager) whether or not you are getting the job. A week or so later you will have a phone interview with HR in the UK to make sure you aren't a risk to the company. Then you wait for weeks for an offer. The whole process is quite lengthy but not unpleasant.

Negotiation Details
Negotiations are non existent with this location. Make sure you are on the right page salary wise before they make you an offer or else you won't be happy with what they offer you. I wasn't happy with the offer and lack of negotiating, but I was unemployed and needed work.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Found out via recommendation from other Masters student, and did a quick phone interview. I wasn't interested in the position after discussing so I was up front about it and it didn't go any further.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
For lunch, we were brought to large room which had a number of round tables. Sitting at the tables were managers and engineers from the groups we were interviewing with. Two to three interview candidates were assigned to each table to have lunch with the employees. This wasn't a lunch interview, rather it was more of an opportunity for the candidates and team members to get to know each other in a casual setting.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Lynn, MA (took 2 days)
The questions they asked were very general. They were most interested in hearing examples of how you demonstrate leadership, stress management, conflicts, analytical thinking and abstract problem solving. The interviewer seemed to be most engaged when I mentioned I had presented an idea for a customer enhancement project during one of my internships and was eventually put in charge of planning and carrying out this project. Again, they look for people who can "think outside the box"

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took a day)
I met recruiters at my school and kept in contact with them throughout the process. I was selected to interview through my University's recruiting system. My one-on-one interview consisted of mainly behavioral and situational questions, followed with additional questions about my resume and background. I was asked whether I wanted to go for a co-op or an internship, what type of experience I was looking for, and location preference.
