Interviewed Mar 2007 in Stamford, CT (took a day)
I was referred by a recruiter so the interview process went very smoothly. The phone screen was about 30 minutes with the hiring manager and then about 5 hours interviewing with 6 different people. The interviews were quite grueling.

GE pays cheap but consider the exposure to the leadership programs and benefits are great.
