GE Capital Sales Interview Questions & Reviews

I heard about the job through a GE Capital employee and applied through www.gecareers.com. The website was easy to use and very informative. I was then contacted by a GE Capital representative and informed that I would be having a phone interview. The interviewer asked general questions to make sure I was a good overall fit for the role. From here I was selected for an on-site interview where I met with the hiring manager and 4 other senior GE executives. All of them were very impressive and asked very detailed questions to get a better understanding of my background and overall work ethic. After making it through the second round I was then asked to meet with 8 additional GE Capital executives from various GE businesses to ensure I would work well with these individuals. Overall it was an intense process that gave me a chance to speak with several GE Capital executives to ensure I was a good fit for the role. The culture at GE is very important and it seems that the company does an exceptional job of making sure that new hires will fit in and be well positioned for success.
