Interviewed Dec 2011 in Houston, TX (took a day)
I went through three phone interviews. Each one consisted of 30 minutes of behavioral quetioning about past experiences, education, and additional information. Seemed to be a very hard working, but laid back atmosphere. Being able to demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and integrity are critical to doing well in the interviews.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Houston, TX (took a day)
At first I communicated with the HR rep to have a basic interview. Then they flew me over to Florida to have an onsite interview. There I had several one on one interviews.I liked the questions that they asked, they were challenging and thought provoking. Just stay relaxed, be yourself and everything will be OK.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Houston, TX (took a day)
Prior to the interview, I had to follow somewhat confusing instructions as to what paper work need to be completed (application, confidentiality acknowledgment, etc) and who I needed to send it to. Too many people seemed to be involved with the interview set up and scheduling. Actual interview seemed awkward and position didn't seem like a good fit to me personally.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
