Interviewed Jun 2011 in Mumbai (India) (took 6 days)
The hiring process was very long 6 days , be ready to wait long at the reception ,they intially have a test if you clear your called for coding test if u clear that you will be called for technical interview or interviews as it was in my case ,they took three in my case .After this unlike any of the previous years they again conducted a coding test i solved one sum and other one i couldnt clear all tests cases which was termed as my reason for rejection .....you wont get a clue of what they are thinking as they dont give a clear feedback ....as they say all is decided by the senior MANAGERS,their discretion..hope this might help some of you

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 1 week)
I was initially sent a prescreening questionnaire, which was 7 pretty textbook computer science questions. This appears to be a standard GE test, and can be found posted around the Internet. Draw a class diagram, draw a set of database tables, explain how you would solve a given problem, and explain some software testing procedures. Then I had a phone interview with the typical personality questions - "tell me about a time" sort of questions. A series of relatively basic computer science questions followed - explain arrays, linked lists, hash tables, collisions, chaining, deadlock, threads, mutexes, etc.
