Interviewed Feb 2012 in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) (took a day)
The interview process didnt go smoothly, because the calls was terminated for 3 times. It was either the landline problem or maxis problem. I would suggest to ask the company to call your landline straight away.
Normal question

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Erie, PA (took 5 days)
The interview was a very pleasurable process. Got selected from just talking to a representative at a career fair. Was then offered an interview. Talked to the interviewer for about an hour. He asked me questions ranging from what my favorite movie was to other technical questions. It was very nice. Then was offered a position.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 weeks)
It was a long process, several interviews with a number of people within the organization. I was very persistent with follow-ups as it seemed like they were "hot" and "cold" with the entire process. It is a big company and you never really know what they are thinking when they decided to go into non-communication mode.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Nogales, Estado de Sonora (Mexico) (took a day)
The first thing they ask you to do is to answer some questions they send you through email, they are personal questions. If they like what you wrote they call you and you have to be there for the actual interview. You go through 2 different rooms (2 different interviewers)

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Elko, NV (took a day)
As as prospective employee, I was very curious to learn more about the company and what opportunities it had to offer. The interviewers were monotone, uninformative and seemed less than excited to be representing General Electric. The interview went quite well and there's no doubt in my mind that I would have been offered a job had I had any desire to follow up after experiencing such lack of positive representation; which is too bad because GE is a company I was very excited to interview with.
