Interview Details – I've applied for many positions eternally at GE. All interviews at GE whether internal or external are behavioral based. (S.T.A.R)

Negotiation Details – There wasn't much negotiation on my end. Having already worked at GE all the negation was between the two departments of when I could leave and it was three months. VERY FRUSTRATING.
