Two phone interviews led to a final round fly-out to GE Corportate Headquaters. Went out to dinner the night before with current FMP's and then had 4 1 on 1 interviews the next day. Quick and painless interviews asking your standard questions...Nothing technical

After you submit your resume they call you and do a short 30 min phone interview going over your resume. They then call you again and interview you, asking you mainly behavioral questions and why GE. Then they interview with a panel of four.

The process starts when you apply to the position by submitting your resume online. The HR will contact you for a short phone interview if you pass the pre-interview screening. First round interview will be 1:1 or 2:1. Second round interview is a panel interview and case study presentation.

Standard interview for entry level financial management program. expect at least one question about ethics as integrity is huge at GE (ie tell me about a time where you faced an ethical dilemma and how you handled it)
