Flow Leader Interview

Flow Leader
Las Vegas, NV

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at GE in September 2010.

Interview Details – Received a call from the HR manager to do a phone interview. The phone interview was the standard STAR interview. I then received a phone call to setup an onsite interview. I flew out and this was a more informal interview process. I had a panel interview with the team there and a tour of the shop floor. Overall, very impressed with the experience.

Interview Question – Tell me about a time you didn't agree with the direction that your boss was taking the group and how did you deal with it?   Answer Question
