The agent arranged a phone interview which lasted 10 minutes. Then I went in for an interview with HR and line manager, then i saw the FC and head of operations. In total the process lasted 2 hours. I was offered the next day,

Initial contact was prompt, professional and informative. This allowed for pre-interview research on the position, project and company, which was very helpful during the interview. Actual interview was no-nonsense mix of informational and behavioral questions. Interviewers were personable, knowledgeable and very professional. Follow-up interview was by phone, and likewise efficient and professional. The focus was also a mix of behavioral and informational questions.

initial communication via a 1 hour phone interview with hiring manager. next was on site interview. behavioral questions were asked during the interview. most of the folks asked the same questions. i did not get an offer from ge (the position may have been canceled)
