Interviewed Sep 2010 in Waukesha, WI (took a day)
The interview process was fairly quick. For an internship position it consists of a 1:1 interview or a group interview, it simply depends. Interns usually receive an offer 1 week to 2 months after. From there on the hiring process consists of acceptance paperwork and a drug test. The company also provides helpful resources and aids interns in finding housing.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
1 to 1 interview with one of the project manager in the OMLP. Questions are mostly behavioral based, but some of them are quite repetitive so its kind of awkward.

Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
It started with a behavioral interview, which addressed things like: how I handled myself in difficult situations, my leadership and communication styles, as well as how well I worked with others. After that interview, I had a technical interview which focused on understanding basic computer science algorithms and data structures. Several weeks later, I was presented an offer.
