Systems Engineer Interview

Systems Engineer
Florence, SC

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 6 days - interviewed at GE Healthcare.

Interview Details – Expectation was to give a 45 min interview on what one brings to the new employer, with the entire department in attendance. This is followed by 6 sets of one-one, or two-one interviews, which ranged from pleasant and 'chatty' to confrontational and unpleasant, but never technically difficult.

Interview Question – How to deal with a difficult employee or boss. Expectation of answer needs to be understood as framed within the 'very large company' culture.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation after the salary, moving expenses and initial bonus were offered.
