Interviewed Jun 2010 in Waukesha, WI (took a day)
Interviewed with 5 people. Scheduled for 45 minutes with each person, which was inadequate, and monopolized by the interviewers. Would have appreciated it if they had more of an understanding that I'm trying to figure out if I want to work there as much as they're trying to figure out if they want me to work there. A strong theme of the interview was how I go about motivating teams and dealing with schedule problems - very relevant to the type of position. Overall, interviewers were excellent poker players - couldn't get a good read as to how interested they were in me. Unfortunately, I also didn't feel I came away with a good picture of what working there would be like.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Waukesha, WI (took 2+ weeks)
The process consisted of the standard call from HR, followed by an interview from the hiring Mgr. Then I was invited to an onsite interview.
In general, the questions were the usual situational questions although it was clear to me after talking to several people that they were neither prepared for the interview nor clear about what they were looking for. In general my perception was of a group with average or below average job satisfaction that were going through the process without a common goal.
