Interviewed Dec 2010 in Wilmington, NC (took a day)
Was a two day meeting with large candidate pool. I was least qualify since my background is more automotive but I had Nuclear labor trades experience that was not on my resume. This allowed me to impress them with my first hand knowledge of the industry and plant construction issues. Managers looked tired and bragged of their over work.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Wilmington, NC (took 2 weeks)
Applied online where i was contacted immediately with a phone screen. A week later I was contacted and had another phone screen. Another week and I was sent plane tickets to fly out for a group interview where I went between 5 Sr. Managers who asked me behavioral type questions. One consisted of technical questions from engineering fundamentals, i.e. derive formula for equivalent resistance, chemistry material, temperature, fluid flow...etc.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took a day)
I went to one of their presentations on campus and left my resume with them. They called me the next day to set up an interview the following day. The interview went pretty smoothly, no technical questions whatsoever, only personality and behavioral questions. It took about an hour, I recommend you take a bottle of water because you will have to talk a lot.

Interviewed May 2007 in San Jose, CA (took a day)
Had heard of opening on their team from a friend who brought my resume to the project manager and gave a good review of my work and skill set. Heard from the manager who asked me to come in for a 1-1 interview, scheduled it for the next day. He explained to me the job responsibilities and time line for what needed to get done and where. Asked about previous experience and was told I would hear back from him in a few days. Later that afternoon I was called back with an offer.
