The process took a day - interviewed at GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy in May 2012.
Interview Details – Consisted of 2 panel interviews, one conducted by HR another conducted by a group of engineers. Mainly personality questions but there were some technical aspects to the interview. Whole process took about half the day. I was interviewd with about 10 other people. All of us were GE interns. So some screeening had been done already. I would say its critical to get an internship with the division you are interested in to imporve your chances of securing a FT offer.

I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy in May 2012.
Interview Details – Was a two day meeting with large candidate pool. I was least qualify since my background is more automotive but I had Nuclear labor trades experience that was not on my resume. This allowed me to impress them with my first hand knowledge of the industry and plant construction issues. Managers looked tired and bragged of their over work.

The process took a day - interviewed at GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy in November 2009.
Interview Details – I went to one of their presentations on campus and left my resume with them. They called me the next day to set up an interview the following day. The interview went pretty smoothly, no technical questions whatsoever, only personality and behavioral questions. It took about an hour, I recommend you take a bottle of water because you will have to talk a lot.
Very Easy Interview
The process took a day - interviewed at GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy in October 2009.
Interview Details – Had heard of opening on their team from a friend who brought my resume to the project manager and gave a good review of my work and skill set. Heard from the manager who asked me to come in for a 1-1 interview, scheduled it for the next day. He explained to me the job responsibilities and time line for what needed to get done and where. Asked about previous experience and was told I would hear back from him in a few days. Later that afternoon I was called back with an offer.
Negotiation Details – I negotiated a higher hourly rate since I was working full time but was not going to receive benefits.
