Actually interviewed for one position and was not selected. Manager asked if he could keep me in mind for future openings, and called me three months later after another person got promoted to corporate.

They have a salary range, and try to stay in bottom third. Annual review (and raises) are actually every 14 months, and are non-negotiable

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Greenville, SC (took 2 weeks)
This was a very simple interview. It consisted mainly on questions regarding your ability to function in a team and how you deal with people. It was all questions like "Describe a problem you had with someone at work/school, how did you deal with it and what was the outcome?" Suggestion: tell them about problems that were solved positively and where you achieved to come to an agreement or a concensus with the other people. They are basically looking for people who work well with other people
