I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at GE in June 2009.

    Interview Details

They spent more time asking me about the software development life cycle than asking me questions about my work experience. They asked very few technical questions. Instead they asked me a great deal of open ended questions (e.g. What are your strengths / weaknesses?, Rate yourself from 1 to 10 on X, etc.)
