The interviewers were friendly and provided a good conversation during the phone interview. The people were easy to talk to and made a phone interview more like a conversation. The culture seemed relaxed but also on the go. A no rest, but lots of fun type of environment.

A job opening was sent via email by a Regional Manager. I replied immediately and was set up with a phone interview with a corporate recruiter. Our phone conversation lasted no more than 20 minutes. We mostly discussed my time with GMR and the responsibilities I've had to date. It seemed to go well. I was told that they would be scheduling face-to-face interviews the next week, but I never heard anything back. After being on the job over four years, I thought that they would at least call me to let me know that I wasn't going to be asked to continue with the interview process, but I still have not heard back from them.

Interview with GMR was very brief and to the point. They are most interested in team-building and team-managing situations and based a lot of their questions around this. Some examples included, "have you ever had a situation where you had to motivate other co-workers?" In addition to this, there were questions asked that included basic interview questions such as "When was a time that you had to work with a group to achieve a goal"
