Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Howard Beach, NY Feb 2009 – Reviewed Jul 22, 2012
Interview Details –
Face to face with the general manager. Quick tour of the store and background on other locations. Some questions on product knowledge and general retail principles.
More detailed face to face with the franchise owner. Very no-nonsense, clear explanation of what not to do, not so much about what to do to earn more. Says he does refernce checks, but mine were never contacted.

Negotiation Details – None - here is what I pay, take it or leave.
Other Details - I applied in-person and the process took 2 days.
