Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Delhi (India) Jan 2010 – Reviewed Apr 21, 2010

Interview Details – It all started with an online personality test. After I crossed it, I was called for a phone interview. After about 3 weeks, somebody emailed me asking for a quick chat on the phone. During the chat I was told that there will be one more phone interview. Both the phone interviews were of personality type questions. With questions on examples of the type. After the2 phone interviews I was called for an in person interview with the Country Manager, CMO and HR. It was a really interesting process. My advice is think about your past and think of different scenarios from you life. Also go with an open mind, especially when you are doing the online test and the phone interview. If you are not a good fit, then you won't enjoy the work or your colleagues. So just be yourself and good luck!

Interview Question – case study.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – It was coordial, they agreed to pay me what I had asked.

Other Details - I applied through campus recruiting and the process took 2 months.
