I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Gallup in June 2010.

Interview Details – Very challenging interview. Tons of behavioral questions. No feedback at all from the interviewer. Definitely requires you to think on your feet and absolutely must have experiences to pull from.
