Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 3 weeks)
Gambro was giving me a great opportunity and the interview was great. They asked my about how I could assist them help them in learning and developing since they had NO Idea how to do what they wanted to do. I guess that should've been my first sign of "RUN" - I took the job and it going to be good.
But - They are the only company I have every applied for that does a "SALARY CHECK" so be careful. I've read that any organization that does a "SALARY CHECK/VERIFICATION" people may not want to work for. So if you are going to want an increase in pay chances are it will be a lateral move from where you are now.
Once they did a "SALARY CHECK/VERIFICATION" on me and it didn't meet what I had told them, they rescinded the employment.
Be careful -

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Lakewood, CO (took 2 days)
I went in with the background posted on this site. Knowing that I dug around to understand the cultural aspects and it appears the advice is 100% correct. Obvious that upper management is completely disconnected from the rest of the group. Turned them down and RAN out the door!

Reason for Declining
They appear to be a revolving door employer (most folks stay less than one year and then RUN). HR leadership appears to be totally unconcerned about the employees and has a reputation for being one of the worst groups in town. Obviously they were drinking from the bottom of the barrel!

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
