No complaints about the interview process. Everybody I dealt with was professional and likable. I was already working for the company, so this would have been a promotion to a larger paper. Since the company already knew my work the interview was probably less extensive than it would have been with a new employee. I basically did a critique of several newspaper sections then did one-on-one interviews with a variety of staff, ranging from people who would supervise me to would-be peers.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Presentation.
