I was floored by the man that interviewed me.....I thought he was a truck driver! No professionalism whatsoever, it was the crudest experience ever.
Negotiation Details
I negotiated well and got what I was looking for. However, had the employer been honest about the position and long hours, I would have declined.

They call you, bring you in, have you fill out alot of paperwork and send you on your way. When they call you back in; have you do mor paperwork, throw you their uniform and put you on an armored truck with millions with no training or knowledge of the policies or rules!
Reason for Declining
The recruiter was biased towards marines. Made me feel belittled and insulted.

Received a phone call and asked to come in for an interview. Showed up on interview date and interviewed. All went well and two days later I was offered the job. Overall the interview process was great.

The interviewer was desperate due to an extremely high turn over rate and they needed bodies to fill in. The CSO asked personal questions and was reminded by his assistant regarding asking personal questions.
Negotiation Details
There was no negotions, even though I informed them that I needed to be paid for experience and education, not to mention law enforcement training. My advice, stick to ones guns about allowing oneself to take on a job that violate openely with excuses about negotiations on paying for what an indiviudal is qualified for. Times maybe hard and one would take anything to feed the family. Sometimes, one must have pride to prove one's worth. Continue job hunting even if you must take the job, because there is always someone willing to pay more.

There was no real diffcult questions/ but you have to take a lie dector test. You also need a D.O.T. phys and have to pass it also. Depending on your blood pressure, if you have Sugar and are taking shots you my not pass. They do a check on your Finances if you have bad credit you will not be hired.
