Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 months)
The interview process was long and drawn out with multiple cancellations, some at the last minute, and seemed very disorganised. HR were particularly bad and it felt like I spoke to a different person each time. During the interview process hiring managers would appear to "fight" over a candidate if they liked him/her which was very unprofessional.

Interviewed Jul 2008 (took 6+ weeks)
I was referred to them from an unnamed source. Recruiter was very professional and explained the job in detail, as well as interviewed me thoroughly. I had to take an online personality test which took a couple of hours. Recruiter attempted several times to set up meetings with hiring manager (Regional Sales Director), but his travel and mine didn't coincide (not their fault).
I was able to arrange a phone conversation with the hiring manager, and we seemed to hit it off well. We agreed the next steps would for me to travel to their offices for a day of interviews as well as do a presentation.
I cut off discussions because a couple huge commissions were coming through at that exact time with my then-current employer.
Bad mistake on my part - it is a great company and I regret not following through with the interview process.

Interviewed Aug 2008 in Singapore (Singapore) (took 3 months)
Interview process was pleasant and professionally conducted. They emphasized the traits of a candidate rather than experience/skills in a particular field or function.

Be prepared and know about the company. They are a great firm and want to see dedication from the beginning steps.
