    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Gartner (Washington, DC) in November 2014.

    Interview

Overall, an outstanding and rigorous interview process. The interview process was outstanding and allowed for the Gartner and the applicant to truly learn more about one another. The attention to detail and sophistical of the team member selection procedures speaks volumes to Gartner's professionalism and the core value that people are their greatest resources. The interview process itself began with a one-on-one phone interview for the first round, where there second round was a series multiple one-on-one interviews and case presentation. The case presentation was involved, dynamic, and offered different levels of strategic complexity. Before and during the interview process, Gartner offers several informational sessions which truly allows the candidate to experience difference aspects of the organizational culture and dynamics. The superb item about the process overall is that as a candidate you are able to really get a feel for the culture and how your KSAs will complement the organization. The process may seem long, but truly this is setting the foundation for a long-lasting career between Gartner and its team members.
