Interviewed May 2009 in Boston, MA (took 2 days)
The process involves talking with a few of the team members who I worked with one on one to determine if I was the right fit for the job. At the time the last person who interviewed me was the CEO who then gave me final approval to work for the company. The questions were mostly personality based and dealt with pretty straightforward scenarios (what features would you build, how would you approach such and such a problem, what do you do for fun, etc)

Negotiation Details
The company operates on a pretty clearly defined leveling system. There was an opportunity to trade some salary for some additional stock but I am certain this is no longer possible.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
