1) Interviewed by HR staff: arranged to check candidate's work experience and the character-match to GE culture
Without showing your speed: like very short comments against to the questions in a interview, it is dificult to process... Candidate don't have to explain the background of the last job industry, even though HR staff seems not bright about it. He/She must expect simple answers only.
2) Interview by CFO/COnptroller - not arranged: decision make
3) Interview by HR manager: contract terms
