Interviewed Mar 2009 in San Diego, CA (took 2 weeks)
Initial phone interview somewhat unsatisfying due to recruiters lack of professionalism; after a long silence (about two weeks) the company finally invited for an in-person-interview; 1:1 interview professional and informative; group interview satisfying as in depths information were provided to company culture and position; excluding phone interview, I was interviewed three times; people and company environment seems good but have certainly "growing pain" in terms of too quickly growing and culture is not quite adjusting yet; communication from recruiter thus company sporadic and not direct; after investing much time away from my current job to interview with Gen-Probe expected some direct communication regarding progress on the search/placement
