Interview Details –
Gave a presentation with Q&A followup & full day interviews. Everyone was pretty much down to earth, however one Sr. Scientist was arrogant and demeaning. Came from the same company I had worked for and called everyone there stupid.
He was angry and threw things in disgust during interview.
Interview Question – How do you deal with difficult people? View Answer
Reason for Declining – Didn't think I could work with someone who would be so cruel and be judged before I even walked through the door.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 days.
