Genentech Senior Financial Analyst Interview

Interview Details – Average interview. Was expecting another round of interviews but they gave me the offer with just one full day interview. Met with an HR rep and 4 people in the department. Hiring process took longer than I expected - I thought I didn't get the job after not hearing from them for a few weeks. It turns out the HR person was just bad (told me she would get back to me within a week of the first interview and i did not hear from anyone until the hiring manager called me to offer me the job, i also had to give her my new address several times and it took her three weeks to take care of my background check).
Interview Question – asked a lot of technical questions to see how i went about solving problems and how familiar i was with the role. Answer Question
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day.
