Interview Details – Interview consisted of going through my resume/background. After that were some personality questions. The final part was most difficult and it involved blurring the line between company/employee success and personal values.
Interview Question – If a product wasn't available for a customer, and they needed it urgently but were unavailable to be contacted, would you send them an alternate product which met specifications but wasn't as good as the product they ordered (without their approval) Answer Question
