Engineering Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at General Cable in October 2011.
Interview Details – Interview consisted of going through my resume/background. After that were some personality questions. The final part was most difficult and it involved blurring the line between company/employee success and personal values.
Interview Question – If a product wasn't available for a customer, and they needed it urgently but were unavailable to be contacted, would you send them an alternate product which met specifications but wasn't as good as the product they ordered (without their approval) Answer Question

Interview Details – Went through one on one interview process. Asked very different questions than most companies - some BDI, but also hypothetical what would you do if? The most interesting: "why is a manhole cover round?"
