Interview consisted of a brief phone interview, in person interview, and then a third interview the following week with another manager one on one. No salary is provided but the income potential seems pretty good. Recruiters received 30% commission and it increases up to 50% commission depending on how many jobs they fill. There is a draw of $500 per week but of course that needs to be paid back once you make a sale. Benefits start after 6 months and you even have the option to withhold part of your commission checks in escrow for tax purposes if you don't want to receive a huge check all at once. I thought that was pretty cool.
