I applied through other source and the process took a day - interviewed at General Employment Enterprises in April 2009.
Interview Details – Company is basically looking for sales people. Job involves cold calling employers to try to sell your candidate to them.
Interview Question – Whether I was comfortable asking a candidate to pay a fee to General Employment if they were hired by a company I sent them to. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The position is straight commission.
I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at General Employment Enterprises in August 2011.
Interview Details – Interview consisted of a brief phone interview, in person interview, and then a third interview the following week with another manager one on one. No salary is provided but the income potential seems pretty good. Recruiters received 30% commission and it increases up to 50% commission depending on how many jobs they fill. There is a draw of $500 per week but of course that needs to be paid back once you make a sale. Benefits start after 6 months and you even have the option to withhold part of your commission checks in escrow for tax purposes if you don't want to receive a huge check all at once. I thought that was pretty cool.
Interview Question – I was asked to bring a list of all the reasons why I would be a good fit as a recruiter for the company. Had to type it up and bring it to my interview Answer Question
