Accepted Offer – Reviewed Feb 26, 2013
Interview Details – The interview was very behavioral. It started with a walk-through of my resume and previous internship experience. Then we discussed project experiences and learning opportunities. No technical-intense questions were asked throughout all of the interview stages.
Interview Question – Some of the introspective questions as follow-up to work experience were unexpected, but none of the questions were exceedingly difficult to answer. Answer Question
Declined Offer – Interviewed in Tempe, AZ Oct 2012 – Reviewed Nov 13, 2012
Interview Details – I met with them at a career fair at my university. They set up an interview time for later in the week that was in a room on campus. Once the interview was done they offered me the position as they needed to have all interns names into corporate by that evening. Quick process, competitive pay.
Interview Question – If you were working at night and all the machines went down, what would you do if you needed everything to be done by the morning Answer Question
Reason for Declining – I declined because the position did not exactly match up with what I wanted to do in supply chain management
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Minneapolis, MN – Reviewed Oct 8, 2012
Interview Details – I was contacted by a recruiter for a 30 minute phone screen. The phone screen was very behavioral and was focused on leadership and conflict resolution. There were also some questions that were department specific. After the phone screen the second round was at the HQ and it was with 4 people. The interview questions were very behavioral and "walk me through your resume".
Interview Question – What is your most significant leadership experience and why? Answer Question
No Offer – Interviewed in Minneapolis, MN Oct 2010 – Reviewed Dec 18, 2010
Interview Details – Very nice people, had a great time meeting and interviewing them. Very encouraging and gracious in their decision.
Interview Question – Technical question about cash flows. Answer Question
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Minneapolis, MN Oct 2008 – Reviewed Jul 5, 2010
Interview Details – The process was pretty simple. They asked a few personality questions (example: When was a time that you were on a team and there was someone on that team that was difficult to work with) and then some technical questions in my field. I felt good about the interview and got the position. I think they are looking for someone who is easy to work with and who can think through the technical questions, but does not necessarily have to know the answers.
Interview Question – What is an innovative General Mills product and what makes it innovative? View Answer

Professional but comfortable. The interviewer was very personable and asked basic behavioral questions. They had a great info session as well and I felt very informed going into the interview.
Do the homework and research the company and you should be fine.
Interview Question – "If you had $5000, who would you invest in and why." Answer Question
No Offer – Interviewed in Sep 2011 – Reviewed Feb 2, 2012
Interview Details –
First Round: Two 45 minute interviews. One was very formal, structured, and behavioral question based. Interviewer referenced a guide with questions and took notes. The other interview was informal, comfortable, and more of a get-to-know-you feel. This interviewer only used my resume to make notes on, no formal guide.
Second Round: The night before was a dinner to meet a current employee, ask questions, learn a little bit about the second round interviewers, and hear what the day for second round interviews would entail. The day of the interviews began with a breakfast followed by assessments (Wonderlic and situation-based assessment). There were four 45 minute interviews separated by a break and lunch. The interviews varied by interviewer, but were composed primarily of behavioral-based questions and guided by a formal document listing interview questions.
