Interview Details – Submitted my resume on the company website & interviewed at 2 facilities. I should have gone with the first one as the DON there seemed much more professional than the one I went with. Guess hindsight is 20/20. Interview consisted of meeting with the DON & HR Director. Reviewed my qualifications & asked questions pertaining to my experience at my last employer. Received an offer right there & then. That should've been my first clue.
Interview Question – How would you handle any difficulties in regard to delegating a task to a CNA? (THAT was THE most telling question & should be your first sign there are problems) Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They offered my a lower starting salary than my last employer, which I initially rejected but the HR Director called later in the day to offer an increase.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Jun 2012 – Reviewed Mar 16, 2013
Interview Details – I filled out a candidate profile on the main website and then submitted an application for the facility that I was interested in working. Within 24 hours I received a call from a recruiter telling me that I did not meet the requirements for the position I applied for but that there were 2 other facilities that had open positions that I was qualified to have. The recruiter set up an interview at another facility for later that week and after that first interview they immediately scheduled me for a second interview scheduled for the following week. At the end of the second interview they offered a position and I accepted.
Interview Question – They asked a lot of the usual interview questions such as what are your weaknesses, why do you want to work here etc. View Answer
Negotiation Details –
They had told me the available positions available to me as a Registered Nurse and asked me what I was looking to make per hour. Once I told them what I was looking to make they told me what the job paid, which was more than what I had asked for. They told me that I could choose any of the RN positions (Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual Float) and that I could take some time to decide.
All in all, they exceeded what I was asking for as compensation.
Accepted Offer – Reviewed Mar 11, 2013
Interview Details – Found and applied for job online, received a phone call that week from HR for a telephone interview and to tell me more about the position. Scheduled an interview for the following week and received an offer the next day. Negotiated salary and accepted position the next day. Rehab team was great! Interdisciplinary team approach. Manager was tolerable, but not friendly or approachable.

No Offer – Interviewed in Kennett Square, PA Aug 2012 – Reviewed Aug 29, 2012

Interview Question – Not only was the staffing coordinator extremely unprofessional about the situation, but she was not even the least bit empathetic about my situation. Mind you, why would ANYONE want to work for a company that will penalize you for simply being late? Answer Question
