Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Original contact was made through LinkedIn via a recruiter. This led to a phone interview, during which he/she assessed my general qualifications for the position and whether I would be a good fit for the company. He/she also asked me about location preference. It is extremely important to be honest in this portion, otherwise you will be marketed for jobs that you would not take. Do not say you will be more flexible than you are willing to be just to get to the next round. After that point, he/she will tell you to look for an email indicating whether or not you made it to the next round.
If you make it to the next round, you will be in a larger group (mine was about 10 people). They will explain that they want you to work in a small group to design a process and present it to a larger panel of interviewers later in the day. You will have the rest of the session to work with your team on the process, with each of you being pulled out one at a time to talk with groups of two interviewers.
For these two to one interviews--MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DONE YOUR RESEARCH. Knowledge of the company REALLY impresses them. Know your answers to the questions provided by the recruiter. Remember their names, they will probably be the ones sitting in on your presentation, and are allowed to ask questions. If you can call on them by name, that's even more impressive.
During the presentation, be prepared for some curveballs. They want to see how professional you are. Keep your cool and be confident in your answers.
Finally, ask good questions. Make them confident that you will leave a positive impression wherever you go, and that you will make them look good at your client company.

Interviewed Mar 2012 (took a day)
I found out about the G10 Associates program at my university's job fair. I gave them a resume and was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. The interview was a simple phone interview. They asked me about my leadership experience on campus. I thought I had a decent conversation with the interviewer, but I wasn't what they were looking for. I would have moved on to a one hour interview in person and then eventually to a group project/"fishbowl" interview. I emailed the recruiter to ask for interview feedback, but did not get an email back.
