It is a very small trading company in CBOE (Chicago Board Option Exchange). The environment was casual, and the working hours are flexible unless you have to be there during 8:30am to 3pm. Most of the employees are young, just like the new graduates, but very smart. If you want to work in a small team and takes full responsibility of the project, it is the one.
