Interview process went nice. First they called to setup a time and when I came, the entire process was finished in one day and I got by offer letter within a couple of weeks time. The first round was a written test on excel and then, there was a personal interview round with the HR. After that, there were two Panel Interviews. The second one was not much needed, but it was the senior management who wanted to meet. The Background Check in Genpact is very deep and intrinsic. It is recommended that false information are not provided.

I was not able to negotiate much because they stopped negotiation telling that X Lakhs is all that they would be able to give.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.

After an initial telephonic interview, I was called for a skills test and interview. On the particular day I went through a written test and then 3 rounds of interviews. After that I was told that they will let me know the result by phone call in 2-3 working days. I'm still waiting for that call.

I got a call from Genpact. They asked selected question then I received a call from the client from USA and then from the HR for other hiring formalities. I have accepted the letter :)
