Received a Phone call after applying in websites, First round was Technical round, Second was HR (Salary negotiations etc). Cleared the rounds. Accepted the offer.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Hyderabad (India) (took a day)
First round: It consists of 3 sections. One is english. Second is Aptitude. Third is Reasoning. All are basic questions.
Second round: It is a group discussion round.
Third round: Technical round. The panel consists of 2 members. they asked questions on various topics and subjects which are kept in resume. Important thing is academic project. Plz be perfect in ur project.
Fourh round: This is final round which is HR round.
I cleared first 2 rounds. But got rejected in Technical round.

Initially there was a just a minute round. after that written test. I cleared it. after that HR round. after that Operations manager's round. after that again HR round and conclusion. Same day i got offer letter.
