First round: It consists of 3 sections. One is english. Second is Aptitude. Third is Reasoning. All are basic questions.
Second round: It is a group discussion round.
Third round: Technical round. The panel consists of 2 members. they asked questions on various topics and subjects which are kept in resume. Important thing is academic project. Plz be perfect in ur project.
Fourh round: This is final round which is HR round.
I cleared first 2 rounds. But got rejected in Technical round.

the process was a simple 4 stage process cnsisting of a written test + GD + Technical interview+ HR interview. the standard of test was very easy , its easy to crack all the stages. think before thinking of joining the organisation

The first inteview was with the recruiter 3 days after first contacting me by phone.The second interview was by phone and I talked to one of the HR manager after exactly one week after the first interview.The third interview was a face to face interview with the Team Leader that was supposed to lead the team I was hired for and this one took place exactly one week after the third interview.The last interview was with the Operating Manager which presented me all that the company was able to offer me after the exact same period of time.

I got a call from a recruiter and did a basic phone screen. A few days later the recruiter called and we set up an appointment for a phone interview with Genpack.
Genpack stood me up three times. Each time giving me the reason that they got very bust with emergencies at work.

got a call from a rfriend who refered me to the interviewe. had a call from someone who gave me company details and was very polite. Went to the interview and was kept waiting for one hour with no water, refershments and it was very hot and I had come form far away

one to one interview, with detailed empahasis on past work experience. Relevence to their internal works and know how of work cultures. Empashis was on internal controls. First round was HR interview ound, where they asked about the knowledge of company. then second round was manager's round where they enquired on inherent skills. final was partner round where i was grilled for one basic question. why should they hire me.
