Interviewed Aug 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took 2 days)
First interview was with Senior Associated at the firm. The questions were basic and they asked me to describe my portfolio. The Interview functioned more like a conversation than a question and answer session.
I was asked back for a second round interview 2 days later. The second interview was 1:1 with a principal and was also very casual. This wasn't so much an interview as an opportunity to "sell" the company to me as they made me an offer on the spot. 1 week from first interview to offer. Very quick process.
